I can add a section for Gathering in the spreadsheet, sure thing. I'll use Llen's guide for the older 2 Star Green fish. Were you asking that I also put in normal text?
BTW, browsing the Lodestone in Japanese, the finale 2.3 fish give regions where they are found. This may help pinpoint some of these unaccounted fish by process of elimination assuming that the "kings" only spawn where their regular type can be.

Giant Squids are now moochable.
So yeah. Go to the Ship Graveyard and triple mooch a gobie, wahoo, giant squid to get the new fish there. I'm assuming any time but mine nibbled at 11 Eorza during the volcanic looking weather. Insufficient gathering because I didn't buff myself and was at 336 gathering.
You must have the luck of the Irish (except for not having food up). I spent 2 1/2 hours there last night and only caught two Giant Squid (HQ), which mooched to Megalodons. So yeah. Dunno if this is the thread for announcing catches for the new fish (if not, please redirect me) but I've got one:
Caught the Warden's Wand in Eastern Thanalan, Yugr'am River, at 17:40 during Clear Weather, using Honey Worms. I had 338 Gathering skill, and one catch got away.
