The starting location for the Halcyon Rod Supra is in Southern Thanalan at the Sagoli Dunes fishing spot. You are trying to get three Olgoi-Khorkoi. These can be caught during a Heatwave using a Sand Leech to Storm Rider (HQ) mooch. A Gathering Rate of 348+ is required. You will need to turn in your old Halcyon Rod, three Olgoi-Khorkoi, and one Mastercradt Materia to Talan in Mor Dhana to get the Supra. One Star Fish, Two Star Fish, and 2 Star (Green) Fish (Patch 2.2 and 2.3), and the requirements needed for catching each can be found in the links above. Information on Patch 2.3 fish can also be found below. The below listed information is Patch 2.3 fish only, and is updated when further information is known.

Halcyon Rod Supra (FSH i75)

To obtain these you need to collect 3 Olgoi-Khorkoi (FSH) each also with 10 "Fieldcraft Demi-Materia III".

Once this is done, you receive a token from Talon in Mor Dhona. You then need to trade this token in, along with the AF tool (Halcyon Rod) and 1 "Mastercraft Demimateria" to receive the new i75 Supra tool.

I'm referring to the Japanese interface of your FFXIV client which their app works with but not the English client.
