New housing area ( alps ) in Coerthas

Hello!

I have noticed the new item "Alps Striking Dummy" on the 2.3 patch notes, accompanied by glade, oasis and riviera variations. With the opening up ( not necessarily in 2.3 or 2.4 ) of Ishgard, it makes me think that we are getting a new housing area in the snowy and amazing Coerthas. It makes a lot of sense ir you are used to furniture naming.

The thing is, my FC just bought a large house after months of VERY hard work ( we are small ) at Lavender Beds, but if we really get a new housing area in Coerthas we would love to move there.

We are not willing to farm gil for months just to move though ( never again x_x ), so why not add an option for people to move their houses there once it's added, or maybe pay a fee ( like 1/4 of the original price )? I think it's a win/win situation, as in our server people don't really care for housing, and those of us that care are faced with a huge gil barrier keeping us away from our fun.

Losing all the investment when leaving a house just feels unnecessarily harsh.

I know it's just a huge speculation, but again, it makes sense. Just wanted to throw it here in the housing forums to know what the other housing enthusiasts think and maybe have SE read it o_o

You were probably expecting this kind of answer, but you're making huge jumps in logic using just a scrap of information. There's nothing to be worried about yet. Enjoy your house, don't worry about tomorrow until tomorrow gets here...or at least until SE confirms something.

I would personally sacrifice every single lalafell in the game to get a house in Coerthas tho if it happens I can't see it happening before an expansion. Would also sacrifice them for a haukke manor house, hell even an aurum vale one.

I'm assuming they are just giving you the option of putting whichever of the four training dummy types in the game that you like in your yard. There are unique-looking training dummies in Whitebrim, after all.
