    We're probably going to be able to buy some sort of token with the new Allied currency from Hunts and we'll need X number of said tokens to trade for a Sand/Oil. The Wolf Marks are from you being able to trade in any of the PVP skill resets that you bought prior to being able to freely swap skills.
