Echo for EX and Coils, wtf?

1.) Equips gears below ilvl90
2.) Clicks off echo

Make a party/linkshell of people who are willing to equip i90 or i80 gear and disable the echo and you will get to enjoy the content how it was when it came out, nothing is stopping you.

"None of this is about feeling like a "special snowflake"" would be true if you weren't also asking for special achievements (or asking to remove achievements from echo fights).

If you're craving for so much attention get a girlfriend... or boyfriend... or dog if you're into that.

I90 gear existed since launch, by the way, it just took awhile for people to get it since Philo tomes were the main tomes and Myth had a low weekly cap so most people had at least a piece or two of Myth gear by time they started clearing T4 andT5.

Another one of her suggestions is something SE is already implementing:

Ilvl level sync.

So those against what she said should tell SE to never utilize it outside of PvP even though it's obvious they will.

The fact still remains, the buff can be clicked off and it's for old content. If I want content to be easier or not is irrelevant. I'm not selfish, I don't come on forums making threads, asking SE to make everyone play my way.

Btw, you're going to attack me over something so light, however you say nothing about her asking for a achievement to make her feel more important than handicap and disabled people? Yet, you don't address the person calling folks brain dead or retarded???

Why does this matter honestly? If you have already done the content and have what you want from it then. who gives a hoot.
The echo is simply there to help others who don't have as much time to play actually get through content. I know dozens of folks who still can't beat T5 even with the echo.. they aren't bad players they just dont have as much time to put into the game and therefore got left behind and are trying to catch up. This is SE's way of helping those folks out.

Echo is fine exactly as it is.... if you want your "I'm the greatest there ever was" moment, go do the new Savage coil. But if the only excuse for wanting echo to be changed/removed is because of bragging rights then that's kind of sad ._.

There is also the development side for reasons for putting in things like the echo to make older content easier for people that didn't clear it when it first came out. I remember that in Warcraft such a small percentage of the population even saw the last boss in I think it was Black Temple, that it made some of them mad. They put in a lot of time and money to design that, and they want people to be able to see and experience it, so with Wrath, they lowered the raid size to make raiding more accessible and with ICC put in the stacking buff for the older floors so that more people could get in on it.

Without some mechanic to set this up automatically nobody will do it including me. That assumes you even have the old gear in the first place.

you mean you cant make a pre ilvl90 gear set? yea, it does suck we cant do that/sarcasm. and everything you have said does point to special snowflake. going to paraphrase; "I dont like echo, and i didnt need it, thus all others should get good or be stuck behind something, and yes, i am including the people that just started playing the game."

I mean honestly having some structure and competition to things is fun. Time trials and leaderboards might be cool as well. Why are some of you seemingly so opposed to it?
