I've never once Said I got hack, I've said and I repeat my friend got hack.
These are kinda weak arguments. I've been playing MMO ever since ragnarok online had only 2-1 classes in Korea and only had my account stolen once: when I shared said account with a 'friend' (in another game btw, not here). And on the "rmt guys stole my account" the person probably visited the site and bought gil. NONE of my friends (and guild mates) had their accounts hacked, only ones that got are the ones that I personally know that used these type of sites or used bots themselves. And come on.... if you are gonna delete your char then be sorry about it maybe you shouldn't have deleted it in the first place....

better question to ask your friend is what were they doing to have their account hacked? Verranicus said it already with protecting an account better, but if they bought gil, then got hacked, thats their own fault.
This is the most silly argument I always hear when someone makes a request.
"we'd like this feature to improve the service"
"they don't owe you!"
No. They don't owe us that service. It'd be good to have regardless.
most of the time, people have an account hacked for two reasons; weak password, or visiting and entering info into gil buying websites. deleting a chr is easier than some people think, even more so on ps3/4. accidently hit square, and mash your way, and next thing you know, your chr is gone. this would be a good use of the one time restore. someone going onto a website where you can put your info for this game that isnt run by SE has set themselves up for bad things. they can also use the restore, but they tried to do illicit things. whats to stop them from buying gil tons of times if you could pay for chr restores?
How does a delete character and buying gil even come close to what she has been trying to explain? Even if you delete a character SE Still will have records of that character, Its how they are able to restore the character, So you saying They can delete it and avoid punishment? unless she explains how the chr was deleted, there is no way to know what happened. How does a delete character and buying gil even come close to what she has been trying to explain? Maybe she has her reasons for not explaining the full story on the forums? It is a Hot zone for trolls.
The word you wanted to use was、 "than".
