Question about accounts

Hello! I have a question about accounts and I was hoping you guys could help. My mom and I both have PC accounts. But due to medical problems mom finds it harder and harder to sit in a computer chair. So we're getting a ps3 copy.

So here's my question, can it be used without putting the code on my mom's account? And if it has to be activated, could I log into the game from the PS3 even though I only have a pc account?

you need to buy the ps3 game and write the code you get in your mom´s square enix account (in mogstation). You also have to have a psn account and I believe only one square enix account can be link to 1 psn account.
