    Is me or is the Support for this game bad?

    Ok, I have been trying to get a character restored for the past 2 months to be blocked at every turn, I can prove it wasn't me who deleted it at the time due to being hospitalized for almost 3 weeks. I've sent in compromised account request, and gm request to restore to be denied at every turn. Has anyone else had to deal with such crap to get them to get off there butt to help you? Is there anyway I can report the GM and support team to Yoshida for there incompetence at there job?

    I really Hope Yoshida Does a investigation on the GM team and Support team, I've really had enough of being lead around for just seeking help.

    Maybe it depends on the problem u have. I had a question about my accound and asked by email and it took only 1hour until I got an reply with the perfect answer.

    Could not log into my account for various reasons. Call SE support. Was fixed in 2min, I have nothing but respect for SE support

    I guess it depends, I've heard horror stories from the NA side. Personally I haven't had any problems with the EU counterpart.

    Have you had a restoration before. SE log everything you do in game is it possible someone you live with accessed your account. Ask for a detailed reason for their refusal.

    None of his business. Developers would have no say in the conduct of the support section; he's not their boss.

    This is the issue I have when people post opinions on support.

    They fix the problem: best support in the world.
    They don't fix the problem: OMG worst support in the world the game is dying.

    Both are as bad as the other.

    In total I've made three tickets to GMs and they were about bad behaviour in DF and they were all answered in 10 mins. Am I proclaiming the best support in the world, no. Am I happy it was answered in 10 minutes yes, very happy but I'm not asking for a Nobel Prize for them.

    I've had to use the support a few times and I have had nothing but good experiences with SE's support, which is more than I can say for other games. I agree with Chiffre, it could depend on the type of problem you have.

    Yeah the support is by far the worst i've seen
    I remember having a problem so I decided to mail them. Their mail was broken or something so they had a live chat. I was in queue "Oh I'm only number 5 in queue this should be fast"
    five hours later I'm 2nd in queue and then I when it's finally my turn I get the "Sorry there are no agents available right now, try again later"

    Also my friend had a problem when she started out. She couldn't get to the login screen in game. I asked support in game and I asked outside of the game and no one could give me an answer. Then after a bit of googling I found out she needed to turn of "opening scene" And then it worked fine. It's funny how the internet solves problem better than the people who are supposed to do it.
