    PoM buff

    Recast time has been reduced from 300 to 150 seconds.
    Duration has been increased from 10 to 15 seconds.

    Three more lovely Stone 2's per PoM. Shame the recast couldn't have been reduced to a flat two minutes, but anything is better than the old five minute recast.

    Good, this has been an "issue" since 2.0. Now, the effect and duration/recast duration seems about right.
