And do you mean 50% of their original ridiculously high price? AKA 40 million for a small plot, or the reduced rates?

patch note is up for english can see there now.

What I would like to know is, what does first class, second class, and so forth mean? Are they a grades of small, medium or large? Or are they a means of imposing permissions on what SE will let you include in a cheaper small, medium or large house? (CMs, I'd be curious to get your views on this one, as we have an FC that are considering acquiring small - and trading up later. That said, I've also seen discussion in here about the possibility of owning more than 1 house at some point in future.)
To make things easier for those who don't want to scroll through the release notes (please note that this is copy/pasted, and I'm NOT going to spend the time lining it up):
A sixth ward has been added to all residential areas.

Holy crap! over 70million gil?!?!? That's a rich free company. Feel free to invite me. LOL

that might have to do with location. I can't be 100% sure, but I noticed that beach front property was more expensive than those that sat higher on the hills, but not at the top (like the one our FC has) in The Mist. Just my guess. What I would like to know is, what does first class, second class, and so forth mean? Are they a grades of small, medium or large? Yeah, I was taking a chance to look around Mist when the patch dropped. I think you might be right on that point. I'm still curious about the multiple houses point, but I think we've made a call that trading up from a small house is probably not such a huge gil loss once we have made our squillions of gil.
