Seems some are still confused by the change.

1) It only applies to a premade of 4.
2) That premade has to queue for Roulette (hard or expert).

Basically, this is a fix to stop people bypassing the entire meaning of roulette to get the dungeon they want. Like if that premade of four queues hard roulette and gets Pharos Sirius, They leave instantly and join till they get Wanderer's Place.
