Or maybe you can just read the text correctly and understand that this 4th chest will drop the jewel to craft Xande's throne and that's why it's not considered a loot for the week.

The allagan tomestone is going to be in the regular chests.

I'd love to know where you're getting your information since that section of the patch notes says nothing about what's coming from that last chest. It's quite possible that UAT/Sands/Oils and the crafting mat could come from that chest.

You can receive only one reward item per week for completing duties in Syrcus Tower. In the event you are awarded an item from the loot list, you relinquish your right to vie for all remaining items regardless of whether you selected Need or Greed. If time expires and a reward item is obtained automatically, this will also count toward the weekly limit.
* Reward eligibility is reset every Tuesday at 1:00 a.m. (PDT).

Each party in the alliance will receive its own treasure chest, the contents of which will be identical regardless of the route taken.
* Players cannot open a treasure chest belonging to another party.

A fourth treasure chest may occasionally appear upon defeating the last boss of Syrcus Tower. The above restrictions do not apply to this treasure chest.

Best thing about the notes is HP percentages on the life-bars...that will help raiding so much, since no one has to rely on call-outs from a parser anymore, and everyone can see it as it really is.

I'm feeling like there is more to the class rebalancing than was written. It IS the preliminary notes, and they aren't going to put stuff that will really do something to that in.

I am pretty sure they just dumped the bonus myth for first time bonus in the duty roulette trials section. However, if you look farther down to duty roulette adjustments only striking tree (hard) is being added to duty roulette: trials.

The only places that has this list in the patch notes is about which dungeons and Trials will get an aditional myth tome reward when completed with a first timer in the Group, nothing about them being in the roulett.
