Let me get this straight. There's only one special chest that drops from the final boss in syrcus tower that has a 30% chance of spawning. And then 24 people will lot on it? That is a whopping 1.25% chance of obtaining whatever is in there (assuming unidentified allagan tombstone). That is insane considering the dungeon takes at least 30 minutes each time. On average, a player would have to do 100 CT runs to get just an unidentified allagan tombstone? It doesn't seem right. Just like how ridiculous the drop rate for mirrors are considering i100 weapons are almost too common now.

Or maybe you can just read the text correctly and understand that this 4th chest will drop the jewel to craft Xande's throne and that's why it's not considered a loot for the week.

The allagan tomestone is going to be in the regular chests.

Oh, your translation is weird, in french it clearly states that the items that count as the weekly loot are equipments and upgrade items. Therefore the upgrade items can't be in this final chest.

I'd love to know where you're getting your information since that section of the patch notes says nothing about what's coming from that last chest. It's quite possible that UAT/Sands/Oils and the crafting mat could come from that chest.

You can receive only one reward item per week for completing duties in Syrcus Tower. In the event you are awarded an item from the loot list, you relinquish your right to vie for all remaining items regardless of whether you selected Need or Greed. If time expires and a reward item is obtained automatically, this will also count toward the weekly limit.
* Reward eligibility is reset every Tuesday at 1:00 a.m. (PDT).

Each party in the alliance will receive its own treasure chest, the contents of which will be identical regardless of the route taken.
