There's a set of these for each class - it kinda makes sense considering the current jewellery drops from the EX primals are pretty much useless now.
My guess is that there weapons will be obtained by combining materials gained from de-synthesizing primal weapons and HM primal weapons. Maybe via the NPC in Mor Dhona or Gerolt.
