Those are the augmented Primal Weps. You get those demimateria items from desynthing a wep it would seem and you can then use it to augment another wep to i95 (they're the glowy ones). Those are GLD's weps btw so the augmented Titan shield is farther down the item list.

Does that mean "Unlike regular relic armor, augmented artifact armor can be dyed any color of your choice." AF can be augmented as well? Because that statement indicated that only augmented items can be dyed.

That's pretty much it.
They couldn't just slap on the 'dyable' switch... for whatever reason they needed a new item to be dyeable to be the AF.

They slapped on the dyable switch for Darklight so it seems like SE just doing it a roundabout way as a means to add a lil bit of content.
