They add a chance for a high level upgrade and you act like it should be automatic for everyone to receive.
That's about 50 hours of CT assuming no wipes and each run only takes 30 minutes just for a UAT. I downed T7 after like 5 hours of trying so there's a huge discrepancy in the time spent/reward ratio there.
