It's slang for talking. I assume it's an entirely different phrase in Japanese, and they localized it to a phrase that means about the same thing rather than directly translating it.

What interests me is that the Syrcus Tower has its DF composition listed as 1 tank, 2 healers, 5 DPS. Hm... Looks like SE heard our pleas for more DPS openings. And now that I think about it, there was never any need for more than one tank in Crystal Tower, as well.

There wasn't, the same with Titan HM. Even with DL and Hoplite Gear, you were able to solo tank Titan without swapping during the table flips. It's basically a standard 8-man party composition. I'm glad they did this, actually.
