    Uats can drop from the tower, as can oil of times, as I had both drop in my first (only) run through... Both at the end (though I don't know if a fourth chest spawned)... They lock you out of loot like any other item

    There is a post in general discussion where someone had picture of minion drop in chest at last boss together with gear piece and UAT. Not sure 100% but I think that minion actually was the 4th chest, not UAT.
