UAT in Syrcus Tower

Does anyone know if the Unidentified Allagan Tomestone will be available in Syrcus Tower from the very first week this raid is available? I am not clear on the timing.

If so I might pass on other loot until I get one. Although the odds sound quite bad at 30% chance of it appearing and then a roll between 8 players.

Soldiery weapons are for a lot bad strategic choices until you can get the sand of time. Better get some loot first and worry about that once you got sand.

False. Completely false. They're i100 weapons. Any i100 weapon is better than any weapon of a lower iLvl, period. The only reason one shouldn't try to get this weapon is if they already have an i100 that has better secondaries.

In the french patch note, they say that "enhancement items" are bound yo the same restrictions than gear. So oil, sands and UAT will be restricted at the rate of 1 per week.

Unless you're a new player. But really, there is no use of these i100 weapons if you're not raiding and obtaining i110 gear which allows you to skip gearing weeks with soldiery. Heck, you don't even need the extra damage.... You may want it though, but you'll be better getting novus than the UAT weapon.

Still false. A better weapon is a better weapon no matter what you're using it for. Being stronger makes raids more possible but otherwise makes everything else easier, and that's usually not a bad thing.

hmmm there isn't mention of any enchantment items in the english patch notes.

Wondering with the UAT and later sands/oils. If they will drop like the furniture item thingy in CT1. Chance of an extra chest that every one in the alliance rolls on. Or as a potential extra item in, I guess would be, the last chest.

Guess we will find out soon.

I'm fairly sure it's mentioned in all the other patch notes. It's kind of like the Ramuh prerequisites in the Ramuh preview. The English preview had ???s whereas the other versions of the preview actually stated that you needed Levi and Moggle EX clears. Made for some arguments on the English forums here. In this case there's a precedent set by Labyrinth of the Ancients where the bonus 4th chest is the crafting material needed for the housing item. It's reasonable to assume that the patch notes released in languages other than English are correct and the Syrcus Tower 4th chest is the item needed to make Xande's Throne and the UAT will likely drop from each Alliance's final boss chest at whatever drop rate they've decided on and it will eat your weekly item allotment.

Also I do have an Animus and am working on the Novus for DRG but one of the first things I want to do is get a Conqueror for WAR because I don't feel like going through the Animus grind again at this moment. I'm actively looking for a Second Coil static and I look more attractive if I'm potentially viable as a DPS OR a tank.
