It's not the same bug, this looks more like a problem with the instanced server caused by a forced disconnection, you'll have to wait for SE to restart your char or the instanced server, there are just some similarities, back then ppl could use their chars, but they were unable to enter instances, pty and use /tell, that situation persisted over a week, hope it's not the same kind of problem, they sould be able to solve it faster this time, but SE will only start working on it once they notice it, have you sent a ticket?

Sent a ticket and posted in the tech support. Hopefully they actually do something about it, a few other posts have popped up about error 10105. I feel like some sort of admin response would be appreciated, I have to make my monthly payment in a few days and the lack of response from SE has highly discouraged me. I have a suspicion won't get the character back until after the game wide maintenance on the 8th.

At least it's in 4 days, if there are more players with the same issue they will solve it fast, if not, having the thread here helps a lot, we have some reps who are always spying us lol.

You should keep trying to log in every hour or so, who knows...

I have been, but still no luck. I'm calling it a night, hopefully they can fix this sooner rather than later. With the upcoming patch I was wanting my paladin to at least have it's relic weapon and a decent item lv, that way I can focus on the new content with my bard and finish atma grinding. Still think I should get a crystal for each hour my character has been locked away in Castrum. xD
