    Also having same problem on PS4. Seems to be both NA server groups. Trying different ones till I get on.

    update - so far the first listed JP server let me get on to create a character, but the next one down gave the same. All NA and EU servers refused to let me through.

    Same here... can only log into the Japan server. NA and EU can't log in at all
