Need Fireworks

I remember in ffxi, just outside the starter cities they literally had fireworks that shot up into the night sky and you could here them explode. Would be nice if they made fireworks actually light up the night sky in ffxiv.

I would love to look out at the water in limsa and see fireworks shoot up from a boat out in the water, and several other places in the world.

Hey, I know apparently the vast majority of people must not watch the Live Letter when it first is... live.., but they are bringing the Yukatas back. Don't know if it's the same Yukata or a new one, but they showed 1 off, I remember it being black, red and white.

Should be with this years Summer event. I think they said it was going to be in August.

besides fireworks and celebrations, I hope they add a special BGM like FFXI did during Summerfest~ that song made my summers in FFXI so spectacular ;3

I really miss a certain firework that would say "Congratulations" as it exploded, nothing fancy and right in front, so everyone can see!

Also I also congratulate so it would be nice to have my macro back for that firework. (This firework never existed in FFXIV)

There actually was a special Summer event track that played in each city during the summer event Moonfire Faire in version 1.0, it was simply called Moonfire Faire by Nobuo Uematsu, and it's available as track number 52 on the Before Meteor soundtrack album.

Unfortunately last year the summer event was kind of a rushed affair due to the launch of the game taking place at the end of August, hence there was only a sped up version of the Costa del Sol theme used during the Moonfire Faire FATEs (called Ruby Moonrise by Masayoshi Soken), so I'm hoping Moonfire Faire properly returns as the background music this year.

Sorry for the late response, I know some of you wanted to celebrate your patriotism by blowing stuff up on July 4th.

During the upcoming summer seasonal event, we are planning to sell the fireworks from last year’s Moonfire Faire once again. We’ll be releasing more information on Lodestone shortly, so please stay tuned!
