Need Fireworks

You know what would be really fun to see? Fireworks mixed with magical aether to simulate living creatures! Imagine, a firework that takes on the form of bahamut and lets out a mighty roar before exploding. Or maybe even a firework that takes on the form of a charging boar that travels a few feet before discipating. Those kinds of fireworks would be quite interesting to behold! I can see Ul'dah's Thaumaturge guild coming up with that sort of stuff!

Honestly, a great place for inspiration would be any the fireworks from Final Fantasy 11. Some are cute, some are cleaver and some are just plain weird (in a good way.) Any of those fireworks would be awesome!

I miss the goldfish scooping also. It was my favorite festival in game. Had all those mini-games, fireworks, gear, and the music was awesome.

Fireworks creation in the hands of the player is a phenomenal thing. If I could have one thing, it would be that crafters can make at least the majority of fireworks.

Stuff like the Grand Company signal flares and the newspaper insignia can remain exclusive or event/quest rewards, though. No sense giving the players access to everything special, or else it loses its meaning.
