You have to kill the bosses and bring proof of their deaths as the quest says.

You need to get to the captains quarters and clear the mobs there, which is pretty much after the ogre.

Oh and if you engage the last boss , you cant complete the quest on that run since the mobs go away on vacation.

Clarifying comment: You can actually go to the Captain's Quarters before engaging the "last boss." There, you can kill the quest mobs to complete the quest, then proceed to next chamber and engage the boss.
