You DO have grounds for reporting, kicking someone for "Not being good enough" is an abuse. That said, I don't know how much it will do or if it is worth it. Personally I think you handled it a tad wrong yourself (you seemingly came off a bit aggressive to me). Maybe requesting he do smaller pulls would've been better. I run this as healer often, and tanks just kind of auto-pilot, and MOST are pretty understanding when you request they slow down a bit for you.

THAT SAID, kicking you was an abuse of the rules, and he kicked you over a pretty minor argument. Sounds like everyone was just having a bad day to me :P

Indeed. I suppose they could claim they justified the kick because of harassment, but to me, it seemed to come from a good place. In reverse however, it didn't.
