Hey Square, can I have my character back?

Got hit with a 90000 error in the middle of Castrum Meridianum, now I keep getting error 10105. This has been happening for the past 4 hours! I'm able to login to my other characters but my paladin. If you guys aren't going to give me my character back can I get at least get a free Atma upgrade?

This looks like a reminiscence of an old bug, how was it called? 404?

It trapped the characters in bound to duty status, but this looks like your character is actually trapped in an instance

I am having the same problem with 1 of my Alts on Hyperion. This character was logged out in the Mizzenmast Inn. I receive a constant 90K when I try to log into it. Tried to log into it on my PS4 and receive a 10105 error. My other characters are OK. Placed a post in the Tech Support area.

Is there any answer as to what I can do to get my character back? If it looks like a old bug, I'd assume that there is a answer.

Yea there was a bug like that in beta.

Here's how we fixed it in beta:

Make a character on a server in a different region. When it happened to me (I'm in EN region), I made a JP character and logged in to it. Then I played on it for just a minute or two then logged it off and tried to log in to my stuck character.

That didn't work for the people that had that dreaded one particular bug (I forget the number but it was notorious cause if you got it you were done the whole beta weekend), but ever since they fixed that super stuck bug, this strat usually unlocked it. Not sure if this will be a fix for what you've got but it sounds similar.

This sounds alot like what happened during the early access my account got messed up and couldnt log in after a 90k.Whenever i tried logging in it showed me as online and it took them awhile before doing anything i couldnt play at all till they fixed it.They had every1 affected post on a certain thread and their were alot hope u wont have togo thru that cuz if so u might not have access to that character for awhile.Hope you get it worked out ^^

I'll try this. This is ridiculous, how does a game have a bug that was in beta reemerge like this? There has been game wide lag I been hearing about, but even still. Locking you out of a character is entirely inexcusable.

It's not the same bug, this looks more like a problem with the instanced server caused by a forced disconnection, you'll have to wait for SE to restart your char or the instanced server, there are just some similarities, back then ppl could use their chars, but they were unable to enter instances, pty and use /tell, that situation persisted over a week, hope it's not the same kind of problem, they sould be able to solve it faster this time, but SE will only start working on it once they notice it, have you sent a ticket?
