PLD Cross Class Skills

How important are crossed class skills at endgame? I've just started (27gla/15cnj) and will eventually go paladin for endgame raiding. However, do I need to make sure I have all cross class skills before I can really start any more difficult content? My next plan in any case is a dragoon, so that will get me up the warrior abilities at least for mercy strike (I might as well go the extra distance above 15).

Besides stoneskin they're very low on the "should have" scale.

Foresight you get in 15minutes so that's something you should have with little to no effort.

Besides those 2 the last 3 make marginal difference.

It probably takes more work to use stoneskin effectively then getting it, but you become a better pld for it. So the earlier you get it the more experience you have with it.

Tanking Titan HM is probably the first test of working stoneskin into your battle style. Bombs and MB hit just hard enough that stoneskin is something that can make or break you in some parties.
