Leveling Locations

Now that the focus will be more on party grinding and possibly solo grinding, much like FFXI, I am having difficulty finding locations to level. With the "party flag" not working nearly like we would like it to, I wonder if we can start a list of some good standard locations to level. I think if we had some good group/solo areas for levels in increments of 5, then we could know better where we should go and start looking for a party.

For example, much like FFXI, when you reached a certain level, you knew it was time to head to the "Dunes". In the Dunes, you might wait around for a party, or even shout for a party.

So, any good areas you have found?
