When the mob is running away from you or even in PvP when players are always running away, When I get close enough or even on top of them the action doesn't always go through when obviously I was on top on the player/mob and it won't go through sometimes.

Can't we have it so when you get at a certain distance your skills will light up and when you hit it the action will 100% go through? The actions stop mid-animation and does nothing to the opposing threat.

It is a minor thing to me, but it does get annoying in PvP A lot more than PvE. I hope this gets fixed.
