Top is either a Tafetta Shawl or a Coliseum Shawl, not sure which.
I believe the waist is the Tafetta waistcloth (or loincloth, can't remember which) or the Coliseum waistcloth/loincloth.

Not sure whether the shoes are part of the set.

It is the caster version of the Colosseum set drop from dezhemal darkhold. I think there is crafted version too that is able to be dyed.

It is the colosseum set for casters.
Due to the 1 shade of black.

The tafetta set will have the skirt/ little hoodie at a lighter shade of the chosen colour.

I think it's the Taffeta set (dyable), but could be the colliseum (black) one as well.

Since it takes Vanya as well as Taffeta Cloth, you should be looking at around 100-150k still on most servers for one of the two pieces (body and legs)

Those particular pieces are the Colesium gear from Dzemael. The Taffeta is the same design but, like others have said, is dyeable. The main chest/legs are the color you choose, while the shawl and skirt is lighter. Undeyed, the Taffeta is a cool metallic silver.
