Ownership transfer LS

Hopefully someone can help cause GM's sure as hell don't. I've submitted this 6+ times already to gm's and tried every option with no avail that makes sense, and there is no FAQ on it even though for some reason GM's seem to keep sending me there......

Well here it is, so i have a LS that is a free company LS but the original master of the LS quit the game awhile back. Back then i never thought to get master from her because it wasn't really that important at the time. But now since she has quit I cant get ownership of the LS so it just sits there. I don't know what to do anymore I'm fed up with sending tickets that get the same generic reply every single time. Wow had a much, MUCH, better return on support. Even if it took a week+. At least it got resolved right away. Instead of 2 months and still no fix from SE

Do what we did and make a new LS. Every active member can leave the old one and join the new. Easy peasy.

id rather keep the name. Considering it is the same name as our FC.
