I hate almost all of them because of how SE names them.

They just smash their face against the keyboard and it turns out an NPC name, then capitalize the first letter and throw in a stupid apostrophe somewhere. Try it.

As far as NPCs that made me lol, in north Gridania there is a dark-skinned man named "Littlejohn" who sells vegetables I think. A far cry from making bad music I must say. :P (Inb4 flamed)
