One of the reasons I was really looking forward to this is because my hubby and I met in XI and never had the means to go to a vanafest. We've played both games as long as they've been available and this was our chance to "be there". We even have a room booked at the Rio. I waited for the loading screen from the moment the site let me put in my code, and I never even saw the order page. I'd like to be happy for those that got their tickets, but its pretty difficult with the level of disappointment I'm feeling right now, especially if some bought them just to make a buck.

SE, please reconsider selling the tickets to those without active subs and allow those with the codes to continue trying until they are absolutely gone. There are plenty of active players who still want to go. Enough to sell out completely I'd wager, and shouldn't that be who the FANfest is for?

Same here. Playing FFXI since Day 1 on the US servers, and everyone in my LS jumped to FFXIV ARR when it launched. We were going to try to have a reunion at the Vegas Fanfest, but I guess there's no reason we can't meet up somewhere cheaper for our own "fanfest."

This is complete bs. It's 2014, and there's no reason for this kind of mess to happen anymore. SE cheaper out on who they used for the tickets, and the people who got screwed over are the people who pay for the damn game. If anything, they should make it to where you have to prove you are an account holder before you get to buy a ticket. Active account holders get tickets before ANYBODY ELSE.

This isn't some big con with a wide range of topics and such. This isn't even really gonna be a "Final Fantasy" con. This is for XIV and as such, the current players should get preferential treatment. You know,the people who played the wreck that was 1.0. The people who made the relaunch successful. The people who already have work requests in, rooms reserved, and plane tickets paid for. SE ****ked a lot of people over today, and they need to make things right.
