The problem is they said jobs would be for party play, but they nerfed mages so hard that they are useless for soloing. The classes should have their ability to solo restored. Just cause I play a mage doesn't mean I want to be chained to a party all the time.

Then don't play an MMO or wait for SE to improve spell range and rework spells/stats so you can kite properly.
