Then use your common sense. That's not at all what the OP was asking for. He was asking for males to get equal treatment when it comes to designing equipment, and I wholeheartedly agree. The response about dresses was just to try to educate some people who just rage rage rage homophobe anytime they are confronted with something that doesn't directly fall in line with their limited understanding of their very small part of the world.

Address what? It's a promo screenshot. There's also a promo screenshot of a Summoner using Carbuncle during The Hunt, doesn't mean that's actually being implemented either. I'd suggest settling down and save the raging for when you know as a fact it's gender locked.

You seem to either have a very broad meaning of "raging" and "mad" or you have no idea what those words actually mean...

There's been plenty of times, in various MMO's where promotional screenshots have been shown and when questioned about something being off, they'll be up front in explaining that what's in the shot isn't what will be in the game. I've also seen, and been part of a few, where the Community Rep has came back and gone, "Uhh, yeah so that's getting changed and we're going to need to delay it a while."

As I stated, I'd much rather see either of the above than see the Community Rep basically say "Yeah we know it's wrong but we'll get to it eventually." and then six months down the line I'm reading posts going "Hey whatever happened to..."

the thread isn't about cross-dressing guys. It's about getting an equal amount of gender exclusive clothes. PSO2 has this problem as well to a much higher extent where female characters at one point had nearly twice the amount of clothing options (Particularly casts). (Currently it seems to fluctuate between who has the most)

and if the thread was about cross-dressing who cares, you can cross-dress in both dark souls games and the world didnt end.

This :P i remember when the dresses were coming out all the mad ppl when some of us {me and others} said how we don't wanna see guys wear a dress and loll ppl get mad some got so mad. They took the time to whisper me in game to ask me to block them so if men can wear a dress i wont see them:P. And i don't know why Gender Locked Gear is such a big shock to anyone all most every mmorpg out there has some Gender Locked stuff. FF is act much less strict then most i mean all most every outfit looks the same on all Genders and it get's old i like to see outfits every now and then that look different
