What are Your Conditions to Commend?

Hmmm.. never thought about it actually. I think it really depends on the Party/Situation.

I can't really say "this & that" have to be the case. If everyone is nice and know how to play, who would i give it to? It really depends... I guess it is easier to say who i don't give it to. xD

- I won't give it to someone, who is being a jerk, regardless of how he plays.
- I won't give it to someone, who is begging for votes.
- I won't give it to someone, who can't even say hello at the start of the Dungeon.

Most of the time I tank, so I end up giving it to the healer, provided they kept us alive well.

If not, I don't bother with it. Only reason for me to commend now is the challenge log, and for that I usually pick blindly.

I usually give mine to DPS that impress me because I feel like get ignored too much even if they are doing great job. Also players with great attitudes will get my commendation no matter what job.

If everyone is performing well, I pick between tank or healer who did better, though tank is most likely to get it, I find it a good way to encourage people to try tanking or healing and lowering queue times for others.

If there's a new person and someone takes the job of explaining boss mechanics, that person is getting it for sure.

Honestly it depends on performance and friendliness, but mainly performance.

I don't expect to have chat's, or long ass conversations in a Duty, but saying Hi/Hello and bye/thanks at the end, or w/e are basic manners.

Usually what will end up happening is as a ps3 player maining a healer I will pick up my usb keyboard to say Hi and the group will have already bolted off without me. Usualy ending up in a wipe, So i'd be getting none to being with.
