I'll usually give it to whoever I felt pulled their weight the best and wasn't being a jerk or troll, though my list is more of a "ways to lose that comm" list. If everybody meets too many criteria on this list I likely won't even give it to anyone:

    All:
    - Being so undergeared that you're basically dead weight even if you're playing your job correctly.
    - Being a jerk/troll/etc.
    - Not understanding at least the basics of your job in higher level dungeons (i tend to ignore this one in lower level dungeons, as long as they're trying to figure it out there its ok)
    - Complaining about me successfully pulling you out of a death trap with Rescue. (yes this happens, a lot)
    - Running away like a headless chicken with a stack marker.
    - Pulling ahead of the tank when they've said not to do it. (except Swallow's Compass. I go 110% ham in that place if a not-new tank is pulling slow, because I know said pile of trash mobs will die long before I do)

    Special ones for certain fights:
    - Not being able to find the Duty Action button after instructions on where it is and what to push on a PS4 to use it, especially if said action is Vril.
    - Tanks who don't do orbs in Susano after being instructed on how to do them. I shouldn't have to blow every single "oh crap" heal on myself to save the party from a wipefest.

    Tanks:
    - Constantly forgetting or refusing to use stances, CDs, etc.
    - Not using Flash/Unleash/Overpower as appropriate.
    - Giving the "well i had no trouble the last time" excuse for pulling way, way too much with no warning and expecting to survive. Not every dungeon is like Brayflox Hard back in the day. (bonus negative points if its Dzemael Darkhold. You won't get the comm because I'll have already taken the 30m penalty. That dungeon has its own special place in the seven hells for the "i'm invincible" tanks)
    - Going into a 70 dungeon in 390/400 gear and pulling super small and slow despite the whole party asking for bigger pulls. If I'm spending 97% of my time spamming DPS spells its probably OK to pull more. Don't mind if its their first time, though I try to let them know when they can just go nuts without worrying about dying.
    - Constant stop/go tanking. Guaranteed comm loss if they waste Cleric Stance + PoM + Thin Air Holy spam by doing it.

    Healers:
    - Not even trying to DPS at all, like not even the occasional DoT.
    - Refusal to even attempt a hard-cast Raise, especially when it could save the party from a wipe. Having to sit there for several seconds isn't the end of the world. Surecast is a thing for a reason.
    - Berating/negative Raise macros. I like seeing Raise macros in 8-mans but there's no need for the rude/negative ones. All it really needs is a simple "Raising <t>" type message.
    - Constant, unnecessary pre-pull Regen/Medica II. Don't keep doing it intentionally. Its obvious when its a mistake or just a leftover from a previous pull. I know how to click off buffs and I won't hesitate to do it if it comes to that.

    DPS:
    - Not using AoE on bigger trash packs. If I'm doing far, far more DPS as a WHM or WAR you're doing something wrong.
    - Standing in literally every AoE in existence and dying to them all the time. Don't care if you stand in the occasional one that takes like 5-20% HP (i do stand in the weak ones occasionally and pop Surecast if I don't want to interrupt my Holy spam) but don't go standing in the bile in Aurum Fail for over a minute straight. (Next time somebody is dumb enough to do that I'm letting them die)
    - Not using things like Diversion, Lucid Dreaming, Refresh, Tactician, etc. at all or correctly.
