    If I am a tank or a healer I will most likely commend the healer or the tank. If I am a dps I will most likely commend the other dps. That of course changes if someone is unpleasant or just really bad at their job and unwilling to take advice.

    This is what I do, too. Makes the most sense for an all around good group. Everyone gets a commendation.
