Have they figured out that there's a setting to skip Cut Scenes?

I usually just commend the healer (since I play tank 99% of the time.) On the rare occurances that I play DPS, I commend the Tank just because I know the pressure associated with playing that role. I actually find healer more difficult to be completely honest.

Besides that, I commend when players say that it's their first time and are worried about making mistakes. The fact that they take advice and learn always gets a commend from me as well. Anything other than that is based off of performance I guess.
