FC Related Question Please Help.

Yeah, sometimes I wonder if more than a few FC "leaders" behave badly in order to get rid of everyone and have the FC house, coffer, etc just for themselves and their friends. I've discussed this on the blogs after hearing some stories similar to the OP's. :/

You know why it is not stealing, in no form?

Because the old master disappeared, a new one was assigned, than a new one. This one decided he wants to lead the FC differently.

Bring this to a GM and he will say "I am sorry. But if the new FC master decided to change how his FC is now lead. I can't do anything" :-/

he didnt want to lead it at first and just want to break up the FC although when he knew that the old Master said he doesnt want the FC to disappear she suddenly changed her mind and said she doesnt want to be in the same FC as me and proceeded to kick all members except for some plus me

soooo i guess i cant do anything about it then.. well on the good note i succeeded on keeping the FC alive only without me.. we can say i both gained and loss something

sadly, that's her good right, because it its her little monarchy.

Had an old FC go down a similar route. Leader bailed out and passed Leader to a new person. New leader, with barely a word beforehand to anyone, brokered a merger with another FC. A week later she kicked everyone and I believe sold the FC to someone else as she left for the new FC (that my wife and I wanted no part of) since the FC still existed but with three characters that were never in the FC before that appeared to me to all belong to the same person. Some of us gladly would have kept the FC going if the leader wanted to bail, but no she handed someone basically their own rank 8 solo FC and Medium personal house... (The FC STILL exists over a month later with just those 3 same named chars)
