Pets' spell speed unaffected by Spell Speed gear and the trait "Enhanced Pet Actions"

By design, pets aren't affected by their master’s spell speed, and there aren't plans to change that at this time. The benefits of the trait Enhanced Pet Actions apply to the master, and will not apply a spell speed bonus to your pet.

I didn't check in 2.3 but in 2.2 spell speed affected garuda spells but didn't work with ifrit skills. To enhance ifrit speed skill you needed to use equipment with materia with skill speed(not spell speed). I think this is wrong design.
