DPS check for turn 8?

A few people in my static had pathetically low dps. It was confusing because on a dummy they would be much higher indicating it wasn't a rotation issue. I finally realized they thought they couldn't dps during ballistic missiles if they were bound. It seems obvious but you might want to check with them they are not stopping dps for any mechanics like this.

Also, have casters activate sprint everytime it comes off cooldown. I'm told it will help build the lb faster.

Bard here, ilvl 95 (Levi Weapon + right side i100 + body and belt i100) : 313-317DPS with songs. About songs, our 2nd bard starts the fight with Requiem, when his requiem is off, I start mine, then when he has full mana, he restarts a requiem, I start a TP song after the 2nd dread until I run out of TP and he uses his mana song after 45%. After that point, the songs will be used according to the situation.

220 is way to low. Does he have Invogorate ? And, at a lesser level, Blood for Blood and Internal Release ? Does he keep his dots on the mob ? Does he keep the Straight Shot's buff ? Does he stop his DPS when he needs to move ? Does he use Bloodletter whenever the skill is ready ?
