And letting bards center their fight around a single healer is a really, really bad choice. They shouldn't need to center their fight around anyone, they SHOULD be able to react to everything that could happen and they won't be able to do that if they need to focus their fight/rotation w/e around a single person.

Edit: Oh and working strategy != efficient
