Technically Moogle's, or King Moogle Mog is not a Primal. But.. according to Yoshi; something will happen after you have gathered the existing ones.,SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN AFTER YOU HAVE GATHERED THE EXISTING ONES not the ones coming with Ramuh etc. So you maybe will get a "Moogle themed" one that way.

I've seen a few people say this, but no one can seem to provide a link. Don't suppose you can?

Also, I don't see many people, if anyone at all, gathering all of them.
