Help Organizing Ranks/Duties in FC

How big is your fc and does it have a theme? Your naming will chage with your theme, the quantity and complexity of ranks will change with size.
Coming from relatively medium sized fcs (30-40) my experience is generally:
Master: 1 has impunity to everything. Only person with access to the gil withdraws
Lieutenants: 3-4 restricted housing purchase/destruct access to all else.
Captains: generally the ones forming parties for the fc, access to a single chest bin that stores finished food.
Members: everyone else, deposit only access to chest can move and place housing items but not remove

Then you have special ranks, these have the rights of a member + a specific use. The members can be adjusted as needed by lieutenants.
Chef: access to crystals and bins in chest for producing raid food.
Gardener: access to plant/harvest
Decorator: access to remove items from the house
