    Wrong password

    Hi. every time I try to login it says the password is wrong. I reset my password and tried again and it still says it's wrong. I got the one time password app on my phone seeing if it will help. but It is still wrong. please help

    I'd ask if "Caps Lock" is turned on, but you don't seem to be having that problem in your post so...check for a confirmation email and click on the link within. If you have already and/or if it doesn't work, contact customer support (I'd recommend doing a web search for square-enix customer support phone number).
