No, I think that means you can pick any item you can use anywhere else inside the house as well. Meaning it's not limited to specific private room items but that you can use ANY furnishing you could otherwise in an actual house. That's how I read it anyways.I'm hoping that's how it works, the reason I decided to ask here is because of this snippet from the preview -
Furnishings
Players can place up to 50 furnishings in private chambers, with the ability to choose from among all furnishings available in the estate.
I wasn't sure how the current furniture system works, if you can only use the stuff inside the chest when placing furniture or if furniture can be placed straight from your inventory into the house.
