Question about Personal Rooms and another random few

So, my question about personal rooms in our FC houses -

Per the preview, we will be able to use any furnishing available to our FC house. Does this mean it needs to be in the company chest or just placed in the house? Or can we use the furniture straight from our inventory? Also, how many people can use the same piece of furniture at once if it has to be used from the chest? (FYI - I'm not sure how the current furniture system works since I've never had a reason to use it, so please excuse my stupidity if I'm missing something)

I guess my concern is that I've come to collect a lot of somewhat rare furniture and am not really keen on having to place it in the FC chest if there is a chance that either A) someone will get to it first and put it in their room which leaves it unavailable to me or B) someone will take my furniture out of the chest and do whatever they please with it.

I'm more curious about the GC rank requirement and what happens if you swap GCs to one you don't have Second Lieutenant rank in. Do you only have to have reached the rank on one GC or does it have to be your current one? They also still haven't clarified the details around kicking people from your FC with a room. They just stated, again, that you can't leave and FC without vacating the room first. This is a big issue that people are wondering about since FC members don't want to lose their furniture and gil due to an asshole FC leader but at the same time FC leaders don't want to be unable to remove trolls from the FC. What's the compromise going to be?

Also, not really a major issue but it's been bugging me for a while now.... Are we ever going to be able to have a minion summoned at the same time our Chocobo is out or while in a dungeon? It would also be nice to be able to summon a different mount even while our Chocobo is in the party. I like Chocobos as much as the next Eorzean, but staring at chocobo butt all day gets kind of old.

Like I said, these last two issues are not game breaking, but variety is always nice.

I believe your individual room works independent of your fc and its items. While it is located IN the fc, it is its own separate place. Therefore you would just be able to locate them straight from your inventory. That would make the most sense at any rate.

What's the compromise going to be? As for the OP...Princess answered your Room question with the most likely scenario. Frankly I don't think we'll ever see your other two requests. Mostly due to technical issues surrounding the chocobo companion.

Good points, the part about getting kicked crossed my mind right after I submitted the post, but I didn't even think about GC transfer issue.

Luckily I have a really great FC leader but I can imagine how pissed I would be if I got kicked for some reason and lost all of my stuff.

No, I think that means you can pick any item you can use anywhere else inside the house as well. Meaning it's not limited to specific private room items but that you can use ANY furnishing you could otherwise in an actual house. That's how I read it anyways.

The translation we got was kinda bad. The Japanese version of the preview it stats you can use any kind of interior furniture in your room.

I have 2 additional questions concerning Private Rooms:

1. If we log out in our Personnel Room will we be there when we log in as we would in the inn or will we be relocated outside as with the Estate?

2. Will i have to purchase a personnel room for each of my characters who are members of the FC or is it account based?

Clarification would be appreciated.
