    Perhaps rather than a personal buff for 1 make it a group buff based on current oath. Shield oath could give 10% damage reduction and sword oath 10% damage buff. Call it Holy Aura or something and have it affect anyone within 10m of the paladin. My concern would be that it would be that a bonus to block rate would be a great addition for MT paladins it would still leave the OT spamming RoH.
