If you say something like that means that you do not know what the Raid Finder.
Blizzard have complex mechanics for PVE, or at least more than FFXIV, but in any case are made to ensure that we can deal with in the Raid Finder. I'm not talking about weakening the second Coil, who would do normally could do it, who in the raid finder too, but dropping weakened objects.
However, we do not bring the conversation to other games, and in any case the ones you mentioned have much more user than FFXIV.

The raid finder in WoW was a joke. All they did was take already easy to do raids, and make them faceroll (ie. so simple, it only took about 5-6 people to pay attention in a 25 man "raid"). Duty Finder is the exact same thing except it doesn't nerf the content so the lazy can complete with little to no work.If you say something like that means that you do not know what the Raid Finder.

Don't have a static, am a casual player but no issues with being bored, really. Heck, it's usually the hardcore players saying "I'm bored, gimme more content" cause they're the ones blasting through it so fast.

CHAR 1: PLD 50 - BLM 50 - WHM 50 - MNK 50 - BRD 50 - WAR 50
CHAR 2: SMN 50 - SCH 50

I hang around a bit, chat with some FC mates/linkshell members, do my dailies, run some dungeons and help out others if necessary. Do the odd dailies (though very rarely), level some alt classes or head over to sleepyland with atmas. I don't exaclty have any tight schedules atm, but if I'd imagine only being free in the evening that would definitely be more than enough to get me going. Currently my FC isn't in the state to do raids however, else they'd be in there as well.
All that said however, everyone has different tastes. While I may be able to easily get through doing this, someone else may not.

I'm too busy helping new players through older content to be bored![]()

How come almost every single one of these threads are created by someone who doesn't speak proper English?

Regardless of the matter it's starting to show that current end-game design is losing its luster. It was a design that was in it's all time high with Vanilla WoW because the concept was simple and enjoyable and it has turned into something that used to be fun to do and a enjoyable experience (AQ40) to a tedious chore of memorizing a dance (WoTLK+). The worst part is that everything worth doing is getting gated behind raids and everything outside of raiding becomes so secondary and meaningless that it's losing it's purpose in the MMO design due to how unenjoyable of an experience it is to always have to form static > down content > wait for reset then rinse and repeat. Yet if something upsets that delicate system, such as someone having to leave, someone not being good enough drama ensues and only creates a negative environment and it's only been getting worse and worse.
Yet this is gonna be an endless cycle until someone realizes it and breaks away from it.
To understand you'll need to listen to each individual input of the "why".

I've had a lot of friends leave and stop playing for the same reasons. End game isn't much fun unless you for some reason enjoy running the same dungeons over and over again. My friends keep me around...but there's not much to do other than running the same dungeons. I'd love some more social content, but I imagine that's not going to happen until Golden Saucer
